Villa Malee Sai’s six bedrooms are arranged across two levels, reinforcing the character of the house as a spacious villa for families and shared stays with friends. Three bedrooms are set on the lower floor, with three more upstairs. Two master bedrooms create the clearest points of distinction: one above with broader sea views and a private balcony, the other closer to the pool and garden with a stronger connection to the outdoor areas. They are joined by four guest rooms that round out the layout in a balanced way and work especially well for longer stays.

Inside, Malee Sai feels modern, open and generous in scale. The living and dining area connects the villa’s two wings and naturally becomes the center of the house. Mornings begin here over breakfast, during the day the space offers a comfortable retreat between the beach and the pool and in the evening it creates a fitting setting for shared meals and quiet hours together. Open views and the close connection to the outdoor area give the space an inviting sense of openness without taking away from its warm, lived-in feel.
Games & Entertainment
Malee Sai also has a more playful side that suits long days by the sea especially well. The TV room with Smart TV, soundbar and table tennis creates a separate place for movie nights, later hours or a break away from the beach and pool. Alongside it, foosball, books and board games stay close at hand, while kayaks, bicycles, badminton and other activities bring time back outside into the garden and by the water. In that way, entertainment becomes a natural part of the stay – sometimes indoors, sometimes outside, sometimes quieter, sometimes more active.
